Condition: Structural column in unfinished basement is out of plumb
Acceptable Performance/Condition: Structural columns (wood, masonry, concrete or steel) in an unfinished basement shall not be out of plumb more than 25 mm in 2,400 mm.
Warranty: One-Year - Work and Materials, Seven-Year - Major Structural Defect.
Action: Structural columns out of plumb more than the acceptable condition shall be repaired.
